My Background
I have been involved in the real estate business for most of my life. My parents were both Realtors for 30 years before I received my real estate licenses in 1970. I grew up understanding the ups and downs of the business. I was 22 years old when I was honorably discharged from the United States Army. The real estate business was a natural career choice for me. Over the past 39 years I have enjoyed many successful years and have become an expert in listing, selling and tax deferred exchange of residential and income producing properties.
My Current Passion
Over the past few years the residential real estate market has become increasingly unstable. Also senior citizens are becoming more concerns about conserving financial resources. I enjoy helping people solve problems so I have shifted most of my advertising and real estate activity to listing and selling units in Leisure World Seal Beach California. Leisure World is a gated active adult community located only 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Leisure World is truly the answer to all of the senior citizens prayers. It is very affordable and offers an active adult lifestyle. This meets the senior’s needs and makes it enjoyable for me to help them conserver limited financial resources.
My Experience
Over the past 39 years I have live through three major downturns in the real estate market. This current market is by far the most troubling. This why I feel it is important for everyone to eliminate as much debt as possible. Seal Beach Leisure World is the perfect answer for that problem. The units sell for all cash so no debt is incurrent and the prices are very affordable.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtor, California Association of Realtors, and Pacific West Association of Realtors and of the Southern California Multiple Listing Service. I am also a member of the Residential Sales Council and am a Certified Residential Specialist. I am a Retirement Community Specialist and specialize in listing and selling of the Seal Beach Leisure World units.
