We became interested in buying a unit in Leisure World Seal Beach.  I goggled LW and found a few websites for realtors working there.  I checked several, and found that Steve Marsh had a superior website.  We live out of the area.  His website allowed me to check daily for all the new listings and make notes about the units that interested me.  Steve answered immediately on any questions I entered about those units.

By the time I made a trip to Seal Beach to view properties, I had designated the units I wanted to see.  Steve prepared a booklet with a map of Leisure World and some pages with pictures and information about the units I would be visiting.  There was a place to make notes as I viewed the properties.  Since many of the units are similar, this booklet was valuable in sorting out my impressions following the day of inspections.  Also, since my husband did not make the trip with me, it was a good source for him to see the choices we had been offered.  Steve also shared many important facts about how ownership in Leisure World works and the amenities available to members.  He had a good understanding of the current market value of properties in LW.

By the end of the day I was able to make an offer on a property there.  Steve gave a timely response the same day; our offer had been accepted.  Throughout the escrow, Steve was available to answer our questions.  Much of our correspondence was by email.  He always answered the same day.   Steve was always punctual for any appointments we made with him during our escrow.

We would enthusiastically recommend Steve Marsh as a competent and professional realtor.  His services made the entire process of buying a home in Leisure World a pleasure for us.
